This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the President Jump iOS app in its current form (see version on the App Store). It is meant to be read with Apple’s Privacy Policy and the policies of our partners.
The App may store, using iOS on-device storage (including UserDefaults):
This information stays on your device in normal operation. It may be included in your device backup (for example, iCloud Backup) if you have that turned on, which is under Apple’s systems and your settings, not a separate database we operate for this purpose in the app code reviewed.
Calendar: The app may use the device date and time locally for game behavior. We do not collect your calendar contents.
If you sign in to Game Center on your device, Apple processes your Game Center identity, scores you submit, and leaderboard entries. The App, when you are signed in, may submit a numeric score for your run to a leaderboard ID we configure in App Store Connect, and may read leaderboard ranks, scores, and other players’ display names to show a global list. We do not run our own social network or custom account system in the shipped app to replace Game Center. For how Apple uses data, see Apple’s materials and your device settings (including Game Center and privacy controls).
The App initializes the Google Mobile Ads SDK at launch and may display interstitial (full-screen) ads after some game sessions, using a real ad unit in production and test units in development builds as defined in the app.
Google and ad partners may process information such as:
SKAdNetwork identifiers and related iOS ad frameworks may be used for app-install attribution as defined by Apple. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s ads/AdMob help for detail.
You can limit certain advertising uses on your device (for example, App Tracking and Apple’s ad personalization settings) where iOS and partners support it; you may also see in-app or system prompts where required by law (for example, in the EEA/UK).
The app source does not call App Tracking Transparency (ATT) APIs in the current codebase. Ad partners may still process data under their own legal bases and platform rules; see Google’s documentation and your App Store Privacy Nutrition labels, which you must keep accurate.
We use the information described here to: operate the game (including remembering settings and scores on device), show ads, and support Game Center features. We do not sell your personal information for money in a conventional sense of “we sell a customer list”.
We rely on Apple’s platform security and reasonable measures appropriate to a small mobile game, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13 in a way that requires COPPA-specific collection from you. If you are a parent and believe a child has provided us information improperly, contact [email protected].
If you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or other regions with privacy law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Where Google or Apple are independent controllers of processing, you may need to contact them for certain requests. To exercise rights with us, contact [email protected]. Our processing may be based on contract, legitimate interests (operating a free, ad‑supported game, security), and, where required, consent (for example, certain ad choices).
California residents may have the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain “sharing”/“sales” as defined in California law. Contact [email protected]. We will not discriminate for exercising these rights.
We may update this Policy. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may be notified in-app or as required by law.
